Through nearly four years of attempts and thousands of times of experimental analysis and process verification, the PPS (composite) diaphragm developed by the project team has shown extremely superior performance in the hydrogen production electrolytic cell, and the indicators are close to and partially exceed the similar PPS diaphragm materials in Japan, reaching the international first-class level.

Hydrogen Material Technology can customize the production of various PPS filament fibers according to customer requirements and through the weaving process to produce various PPS diaphragms, such as multi-filament with adjustable thickness, circular base film, shaped base film, etc. PPS diaphragm has the ability to isolate hydrogen oxygen, the smooth passing of hydroxide ions, temperature resistance, alkali resistance and other properties, and has shown excellent performance in the field of hydrolysis hydrogen production, and has been tested by the head enterprise of China's hydrolysis hydrogen production equipment industry and introduced into the application, its performance has reached the international level of similar products.
