Accelerating Refueling Infrastructure Construction: Local authorities will guide existing gas stations to retrofit and add methanol refueling capabilities while encouraging new stations to integrate dedicated methanol equipment. The region supports building integrated multi-energy stations combining charging, gasoline, gas, hydrogen, and methanol services. Enterprises operating large methanol vehicle fleets are encouraged to build self-use refueling facilities in compliance with safety standards, rapidly forming a rational supply network.

Building Fuel Transport & Distribution Networks: Leveraging existing and planned methanol storage and blending infrastructure, the region will establish a centralized distribution system radiating outward from Jagdaqi District. Relevant government departments will strengthen daily oversight of storage depots and blending centers to ensure a safe, stable, and reliable methanol fuel supply.

Expanding Vehicle Adoption: Drawing on successful experiences from other domestic regions, Greater Khingan Mountains Region will expand application scenarios tailored to its geographic features and market demand. Initial adoption will focus on taxis and ride-hailing services to demonstrate and drive broader market penetration. Public institutions and government agencies are encouraged to procure compliant methanol vehicles for official use. Additionally, local enterprises are urged to select methanol commercial vehicles for fleet updates, while promotional efforts will encourage individual purchases.

Ensuring Safety & Market Regulation: Production, storage, blending, transport, and dispensing of vehicle-grade methanol will be strictly regulated under national safety and environmental standards. Authorities will crack down on counterfeit fuel production and enforce price supervision and anti-monopoly measures to maintain market stability and uphold safety baselines.
