Haoyun Technology and Jiaqing New Energy Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

BEIJING, China – September 17, 2026 — Beijing Haoyun Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jiaqing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. have signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the integrated application of metal-hydride solid-state hydrogen storage systems and fuel cell systems.

The agreement was signed during the industrial-chain and ecosystem collaboration session of the H₂-Eco Hydrogen Ecosystem Forum, held as part of the 2026 ZGC Forum event series at the ZGC (Daxing) International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone. The signing was witnessed by officials and guests attending the forum.

Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a strategic partnership focused on the integrated application of metal-hydride solid-state hydrogen storage systems and fuel cell systems.

Jiaqing New Energy will contribute its strengths in fuel cell stacks, system integration and application in specific use cases, while Haoyun Technology will leverage its expertise in hydrogen storage alloy materials, solid-state hydrogen storage equipment and hydrogen supply systems.

The two companies will jointly advance product development, demonstration applications and industrial-scale deployment.

The partnership is expected to combine the two companies’ respective capabilities in hydrogen storage and fuel cell technologies and support the development and application of integrated hydrogen energy solutions.
