100 Hydrogen-Powered Two-Wheelers Deployed in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi

XI’AN, China — September 24, 2026 — A total of 100 hydrogen-powered two-wheelers have been deployed in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, marking a new step in the region’s efforts to expand hydrogen mobility applications.

The launch ceremony for the first batch of 100 hydrogen-powered two-wheelers was held at the Qinhan Weihe Lake Wetland Ecological Park in Xixian New Area under the theme “Hydrogen Powers the Future, Greening Shaanxi.”

The event was co-hosted by Qinhan New City Chuangxiu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shengshi Yingchuang Group and Shaanxi Xiaoqing Travel Technology Co., Ltd., with Jinghe City Services and Jinghe Car Rental serving as supporting partners.

The project aims to demonstrate hydrogen mobility through real-world, large-scale applications, providing new momentum for the development of the hydrogen industry and the transition toward greener transport in Xixian New Area.

Hydrogen Mobility Opens New Low-Carbon Transport Applications

The newly deployed hydrogen-powered two-wheelers will be used for recreational rides in parks, short-distance commuting and public-transit feeder services, expanding the range of green mobility options available in the area.

Through real-world operations, the project will accumulate operational and maintenance data and experience, with the aim of developing a replicable commercial model for hydrogen-powered transport and supporting Xixian New Area’s development as a hydrogen mobility demonstration area.

Jinghe Car Rental, the project’s core operations and support provider, is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the vehicles following deployment, including daily inspections, maintenance, servicing and fault response. The company will work to ensure the fleet operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

Jinghe City Services positions itself as a “digital urban operations service provider,” with businesses spanning property services, supporting maintenance and environmental sanitation, as well as smart elderly care, human resources and technology-enabled transport.

Its Jinghe Car Rental division focuses on green and new-energy mobility, providing government vehicle leasing, customized commuter services, short- and long-term corporate vehicle leasing, new-energy charging infrastructure and hydrogen-powered two-wheeler applications. The division also leads the development of an application platform for new-energy and hydrogen-powered vehicles, with the goal of building an integrated automotive services platform.
